General Meeting "Notes":

In Attendance: Sarah Walker, Mark Fenstermaker, Marjie Holland, Sharon Rymann, Rollie Gibbs, Patti Haack, Bill Chadburn, Laura Dillon-Chadburn Guest: Kathy Lilly (Class 73) Richard Lenz (Class 71)

The room at the school is reserved for meetings the first Monday of the month thru May 5. Meetings are Jan 6, Feb 3, March 3, April 7, May 5.

Sarah spoke to Mr. Gerye about informing the teachers, so they could inform the students, about the squares and that we are in the process of restoring them. Some students were concerned during the removal of the concrete.

The Grant must be used in the two year time frame. And must be used up by February 2004.

Mark F. is working with the painter and is researching the paint materials.

We still need pictures of the squares for 42-45 (or ideas), 71 and 73 thru 88.

Meeting adjourned.

The next meeting will be Monday, Febuary 3, 2003 at the school at 6:15.
