In Attendance: Sarah Walker, Mark Fenstermaker, Marjie Holland, Patti Haack, Woody Woodward, Bill Chadburn, Laura Dillon, Rollie Gibbs, Sharon Rymann Guest: Marilyn Miller Cowan (Class 55)(Painted 55 square)
The new concrete has been poured into 48 squares and looks wonderful. Progress photos will be posted on the web-site. Painting will be done in the spring.
Richard Lenz (Friends of the Academy)is handling the paperwork for the Grant money. A questions was raised if the grant money could be used for the maintenance of the squares or if it has to be used in the 18 month time frame.
A suggestion was made to do two monument benches in the grass overlooking the squares with the history of the squares and thank you's.
Meeting adjourned.
The next meeting will be Monday, December 2, at the school at 6:15.
