In attendance: Sarah Butler Walker, Patty Hack, Gary Voss, Mark Fenstermaker, Sharon Rymann, Bill Chadburn, Laura Beverlin Dillon, Marjie Holland Willis, Bonnie Cody Georgia, and Carl Knauff.



1. It was noted that some people are having trouble posting and entering the yahoo senior square site. Hopefully, Bill or Woody can help with these problems.

2. A bank account has been opened. With the donation from the 1941 Class Reunion of $295.00, the bank balance is $1,180.01.

3. The architects and school are still working together for a design. A meeting is scheduled for September 20.

4. Mark Fenstermaker, our Project Manager, has gotten some VERY PRELIMINARY figures of $15,000.00 for new concrete and repainting and clear coating the Senior Squares. This is only a possibility.

5. A meeting was scheduled at the school on Saturday, September 15, 2001 to inventory the yearbooks at the school at 8:30 AM for pictures of the squares.

6. The next meeting is scheduled for October 8, 2001 at 6:15 PM at the school.
