General Meeting "Notes":

Notes From Sarah Walker, Chairperson

In attendance: Sarah Walker, Mark Fenstermaker, Laura Dillon, Bill Chadburn, and Gary Vause.


The meeting began at 6:15 PM.

The building was fully open, as workers were laying carpet throughout the main hall.

We all arrived right at 6pm, and we met in the usual room.

Sharon and Sarah spoke on the cell and Marji Willis was not able to attend but Sarah spoke to her.

Laura had not posted the minutes so she promised to do so for both Dec and Jan meetings.

We made a couple of decisions.

Here are the highlights of the meeting last night:

1. Ask Marji Willis if she needs help and have her provide us with a mock layout of the squares for the Feb meeting. On Saturday Feb. 8 we will meet and try to finalize the decision on the missing squares.

2. We decided that we are going to have Sharon send the letters to collect the pledged donations. We will probably need these funds for the future maintenance

3. We discussed the squares for 42-45 during WWII and talked about the suggestion from Linda Carpi Delia, we just talked about making the suggestion of identifying with the fact that they there was no square for them since it was during the War. We will talk about this further.

4. The list of committee members does not have work phone numbers and I would ask that we try to obtain the these phone numbers. I discovered that several of the e-mail addresses are incorrect or are not working. Marjie's, Jill, Richard Lenz, so we will need to work on updating this list as well.

The Meeting was adjourned at 7pm
