Woody has been "into" firearms since the 60's when he used to go shooting with his father. In the early 70's he became a member of the N R A and is now a Life Member. In the late 80's and early 90's he did some security work that required him to be armed, and he became more involved with handguns. His current duties have resulted in many threats against him and his family, so he obtained a Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW) in the early 90's (before it was "easy" to get one). Woody makes a habit of going to the range at least once every two weeks in order to remain proficient. The two weapons below are his favorites.
