Woody has been in the Revenue Protection field for over 21 years, both as an Investigator and Supervisor. He is a Director Emeritus of the Western States Energy Theft Association (he was President for '97/'97 and Vice President '95/'96) and WebMaster for the International Utilities Revenue Protection Association. He will provide help and insight to those utilities desiring to set up their own department, or help to improve existing departments. If necessary he can set up a department from scratch. He will also come in and give presentations to Management and/or workers on the importance of, and methods of, detecting, correcting, prosecuting, and billing energy theft situations.
